1. Data collected

Depending on how you use the platform, MOZAIQ collects:

• Identity: phone number (main identifier), first and last name, e-mail (optional), profile photo (optional).
• Location: GPS position, to find nearby professionals and to track a delivery, trip or roadside call-out live.
• Health: prescription photo or list of medicines, and, if you use the health record, medical information entered by health facilities with your consent. This is sensitive data (see section 4).
• Vehicle: registration plate, category, make, model and year, if you register a vehicle.
• Payment: transaction history. MOZAIQ stores no PIN or full payment account details.

2. Purposes

This data is used only to:

• connect citizens with suitable professionals nearby;
• track a delivery, trip or job in real time;
• process payments made on the platform;
• verify professionals before they become visible;
• keep you informed about your current requests (SMS, notification, e-mail).

3. Sharing

Data needed for a service is shared only with the professional handling your request. For example, your first name and meeting point are visible to the rider once their offer is accepted. MOZAIQ never sells or rents your personal data.

4. Health data

A prescription photo is visible only to the pharmacies receiving your request and is deleted automatically 30 days after sending. The health record is encrypted; a health facility can access it only with your consent, given by a code, except in a supervised life-threatening emergency. Every access is written to a log you can view. A health facility never sees another facility's data.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time (see section 8), subject to legal retention duties, in particular for medical data.

6. Security

Sign-in relies on a dedicated identity system, separate from the application database. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Data kept on your phone for offline use is encrypted.

7. Local storage and this website

This website uses no advertising cookies. It keeps a copy of its pages on your device so it can display offline. The MOZAIQ app uses secure local storage for your session and offline actions; this data is never passed to third parties.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. You can:

• change your name and e-mail from your profile;
• ask for your account and data to be fully deleted;
• ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
