1. Purpose

MOZAIQ is a digital platform that connects citizens with verified professionals for everyday services: health, pharmacy, transport, cooking gas, car care, home, retail, education, leisure and paperwork. The current list of services is on mozaiq.site. MOZAIQ acts as a technical intermediary: it does not provide these services itself; they remain the full responsibility of the professional who performs them.

2. Acceptance

Creating a MOZAIQ account, as a citizen or as a professional, means full acceptance of these terms, the terms of sale and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, you must not use MOZAIQ.

3. User accounts

3.1. Identity by phone number

Identity on MOZAIQ is based on your phone number, not an e-mail address. An e-mail address can be added optionally, for example to recover your password.

3.2. One account, several roles

The same account can belong to a citizen and a professional (for example, a pharmacy manager who also uses MOZAIQ for personal needs). Each role remains subject to its own rules.

3.3. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date, including your phone number and, where relevant, your vehicle details.

4. Verification of professionals

Every professional (pharmacist, health facility, mechanic, depot manager, doctor, rider, tow operator, tradesperson, legal professional…) is checked before appearing on the platform and receiving requests, and signs an agreement with MOZAIQ. This check covers identity and declared activity; it does not guarantee the quality of the service provided.

5. Citizens' obligations

• Use the platform in good faith, with no false requests or harassment of professionals.
• Pay for services ordered as agreed.
• For medicine requests: provide a genuine prescription (photo or prescription sent by a doctor on MOZAIQ) or an accurate list of medicines when entering them manually, aware of the risk shown at that step.

6. Professionals' obligations

• Only accept requests you can genuinely fulfil.
• Provide accurate price and availability information.
• Follow the rules of your profession, including Cameroonian regulations on dispensing medicines, prescribing and medical confidentiality.

7. Prohibited use

MOZAIQ must not be used for any illegal activity, to bypass professional verification, to impersonate anyone or to disrupt the platform.

8. Offline use

Some actions can be prepared without a connection. They are kept on your device and sent automatically when the network is back. An action is final only once the platform confirms it.

9. Liability

MOZAIQ connects the parties and provides the technical tools (request broadcasting, live tracking, payment) but is not a party to the service contract between the citizen and the professional. Proper performance of the service (quality, timing, compliance) is the responsibility of the professional who accepted it.

10. Suspension and termination

MOZAIQ may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, in particular in cases of fraud, repeated false statements or abuse of the platform.

11. Changes

MOZAIQ may change these terms at any time. Users are informed of any significant change. Continuing to use MOZAIQ after being informed means acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. The French version prevails in case of difference.
